We hope the system is relatively intuitive, which should render tomes of how-to instructions redundant. We also use primarily open-source software which means the internet is full of helpful guidance for the tools you use. Getting the right balance of sufficient, but not overwhelming, on-site documentation is a work-in-progress and we appreciate your patience.

Nevertheless, several things are important to know:

  1. If you have a managed plan with us, we’ll be helping you each step of the way to setup your domain/s and your website/s.
  2. If you have a standalone plan, we’ll still help but you might have to wait until the managed folk have been dealt with.
  3. If things take a little longer than you’d like, we sympathize.

Please bear in mind that response time is directly related to workload and, whatever it is, we’re almost certainly working on it. In the meantime, if there’s anything you have a particular issue with, please use the support system to let us know.
